CANADIAN CHRISTIAN ACADEMY has been providing for Home schooling families as a Private School Umbrella for home Schoolers Since 1978.

The Academy has students enrolled from across Canada and in other countries.

Students have the option to enrol with the Academy at any grade level at any time through Out the year.

C.C.A. offers the benefits of higher academic education that is creditable while giving the opportunity to teach your children at home.

When a student enrols in the Academy diagnostic testing is required to determine the academic level. Once testing is completed, a full year is prescribed in every subject.

This prescription is given to the parent to guide them in the curriculum ordering process. Students order the curriculum from Canadian Academic Supply.

The curriculum recommended by C.C.A. meets A high standard of academics for all grades Levels. Every student has the option to Choose from a variety of different Curriculum publishers:

A.C.E. Curriculum, Alpha Omega LifePac, Switched-On School House, Apologia Science, Saxon Math, Bob Jones, and Teaching Textbooks are some of the curriculum options that are recommended by C.C.A.

ACADEMIC GUIDANCE

Canadian Christian Academy has been established to help home school families in the education of their children. Students that are enrolled with C.C.A. are given a complete course outline each year. The course outline is a helpful guideline for students and parents to follow while ordering curriculum.

The curriculum is also Bible based, most are Self-Instructional and all contain a high standard of academic excellence.

CUSTOMIZED CURRICULUM

We carefully consider your child�s placement test results and transfer credits to determine the appropriate level of learning.

We then plan a program to meet his particular academic needs. For example, if a student is behind in a particular subject or is especially fast learner in another, we adjust the curriculum accordingly and create a custom program in order to achieve the best educational goals.

Registration with Ontario College/University Application Centre:

Canadian Christian Academy is registered with both the College and University Application Center.

Students who are enrolled with C.C.A. are able to apply through the application center. Academic counselling is provided by C.C.A. to help students achieve success in applying for their post-secondary program of choice.

MAINTAINING THE STUDENT RECORDS:

Student records are established and maintained for each student. Student records can be transferred to other educational instititutions.

SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA

Canadian Christian Academy is able to provide a student, upon completion of requirements, a Secondary School Diploma. Academic guidance is given in order to help students achieve the highest academic standard for their future endeavours.

FINANCIAL POLICY TUITION:

Beginning to Read $250.00 per student per year (age 5)

Grade 1 - 6 $485.00 per student per year (age 6-10)

Grade 7 and 8 $500.00 per student per year (age11-13)

Grade 9 - 12 $525.00 per student per year (age14-up)

(Tuition fees do not include curriculum cost)

PAYMENT OPTION #1- PAYMENT IN FULL

Discount tuition rate may be taken if tuition is paid in full at time of enrollment.

Full payment must be paid at the time of enrollment and be sent in with this application form to take advantage of the tuition discount rates.

$145.00 of the tuition is non-refundable.

Tuition: $250.00 No Discount = $250.00 due Tuition:

$485.00 Discount Rate = $465.00 due

$500.00 Discount Rate = $480.00 due

$525.00 Discount Rate = $500.00 due

PAYMENT OPTION #2- POST DATED CHEQUES

The tuition amount, less $145.00, may be paid in six post-dated cheques.

The post-dated cheques must be dated 30 days apart. The first post-dated cheque must be dated 30 days from the enrollment date.

$145.00 plus post-dated cheques are to be sent in at the time of enrollment and be included with the completed application form.

$145.00 of the tuition is non-refundable.

$485.00 less $145.00 = $340.00 = 7 post-dated cheques of $48.57 each

$500.00 less $145.00 = $355.00 = 7 post-dated cheques of $50.71 each

$525.00 less $145.00 = $380.00 = 7 post-dated cheques of $54.29 each

ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

1. To follow the C.C.A. Handbook concerning the proper procedures in using curriculum.

2. To pay tuition on time as due.

3. To purchase all curriculum from Canadian Academic Supply.

4. Read the financial policy from C.C.A and follow the policy.

5. Follow the prescription as C.C.A suggests.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellation must be done in writing.

$145.00 of Tuition is non-refundable.

Refund policy for the balance of tuition is:

1. If cancellation notice is given before the prescription is made out for the year, 30% of the tuition balance is refundable.

2. If cancellation notice is given after the first order of curriculum is sent out or 30 days after the Enrollment/re-enrollment date or after the prescription for the year has been made out, 0% of tuition balance is refundable. Based on which comes first.

(Curriculum is non-returnable)

Enrollment is for one year. Enrollment ends upon withdrawing from C.C.A or 365 days from enrollment date. Which ever comes first. C.C.A�s student record keeping ends when a student withdraws or if tuition is not paid when due.

Canadian Christian Academy is a registered private school with the Ontario Ministry of Education. To maintain credibility as a private school, the above must be agreed to by those enrolled in the Academy.

The enrollment process will not be completed till the enrollment Application and Agreement Forms are signed and returned with the enrollment tuition. To enroll or for more detail:
